#ELC Corporate Sales Team

The Role

The Sales Analyst Assistant will join the Corporate Sales team and collaborate with the corporate marketing functions in the following activities:

  • support in managing commercial contracts;
  • support in managing the new client onboarding process;
  • support in communication and coordination of the sales force;
  • accurate analysis of sales KPIs and creation of weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports;
  • support in managing the execution of marketing plans;
  • support in organizing sales meetings;
  • management of material price lists;
  • support in implementing a new order management program.

Requirements

  • Strong organizational and time management skills;
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills;
  • Excellent knowledge of the English language;
  • Excellent knowledge of the main computer tools, Outlook and the full Office suite (with a focus on Excel and PowerPoint);
  • Ability to work in a dynamic environment and monitor multiple projects simultaneously;
  • Proactive, creative, and analytical approach.
