#ELC Commercial Field Sales Team

The Role

The Ke Account Assistant will join the Commercial Field Sales division of ELC Italy, supporting the Key Account Manager in the following activities:

  • Client portfolio management, with a primary focus on the perfumery channel;
  • Preparation and maintenance of files for new product launches;
  • Monitoring of launch performance and order entry for new products;
  • Tracking of trade and sell-out activities;
  • Collaboration with Marketing and MAC Artist & Coach teams to define and implement tailored promotional activities for specific clients;
  • Back-office support: returns management, order entry, stock verification;
  • Analysis, reporting, and sales planning support;
  • Internal communication and coordination with cross-functional teams (Brand, MAC Artist, Sales Analyst).

Requirements

  • Strong organizational and time management skills;
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities;
  • Proficiency in English;
  • Excellent knowledge of the main computer tools, Outlook and the full Office suite (with a focus on Excel and PowerPoint);
  • Proactive, analytical and collaborative mindset;
  • Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
