The Role

As a Sales Analyst Assistant, you’ll be part of our dynamic AVEDA Sales team, where data

meets strategy and collaboration drives results. You’ll gain hands-on experience in sales performance

analysis, operational support, and business process optimization - all while working alongside

passionate professionals in a fast-paced, international environment.

You will be involved in the following activities:

  • monthly sales analysis (revenue, contract progress, and salon strategy);
  • acting as a point of contact for order management, delivery tracking, and issue resolution with Sales and clients;
  • administrative and archival management of documentation to ensure smooth business operations.

Requirements

  • Strong autonomy, proactivity, and problem-solving skills;
  • organizational and time management skills;
  • team spirit, flexibility and curiosity;
  • degree in Marketing, Economics, or Engineering, with at least 6 months of relevant work experience;
  • excellent knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint;
  • proficient in written and spoken English.
