Your role

Are you passionate about AI and eager to gain hands-on experience in product management? Do you thrive in a dynamic environment where you can make a real impact?

We’re looking for an Intern to join our Nucleus AI Platform team as part of the Product Management team to:

• assist with platform onboarding, ensuring a smooth and efficient process for new users
• support platform tenants by addressing their basic product and operational queries with clarity and precision
• maintain and update documentation and onboarding trackers, ensuring all data is accurate and complete
• collaborate with team members to identify and implement improvements to the onboarding process
• contribute to the development of training materials and user guides to enhance the user experience
• participate in team meetings and provide insights and feedback on platform performance and user needs

Your team

You’ll be joining the Nucleus AI Platform team. Our team is dedicated to enabling UBS teams to harness the power of Artificial Intelligence seamlessly and efficiently. We provide a no-code platform that offers reusable AI capabilities, allowing users to integrate AI into production environments without the need for coding knowledge.

Your expertise

• currently pursuing a degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field
• strong interest in AI and product management
• excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• ability to work independently and as part of a team
