As a part of your team, you will :

• Provide technology solutions that will solve business problems and strengthen our position as digital leaders in financial services
• design, plan and deliver sustainable solutions using modern programming languages
• providing technical expertise and recommendations in assessing new software projects and initiatives to support and enhance our existing applications
• conduct code reviews and test software as needed, along with participating in application architecture and design and other phases of SDLC
• see that proper operational controls and procedures are implemented to process move from test to production.

Your team

You’ll be working in the Group Function – data ref services team who are driving innovation and reengineering. We analyze, develop, and deliver global solutions to maintain or change our IT systems with our business counterparts. Together as a team, we provide strategic and optimize solution to provision reference data to our users in line with the established Corporate IT Standards. Your expertise

• Basic knowledge of Cloud (preferred Azure)
• practical experience with Unix servers
• knowledge on DevOps tools for Code Build & Version Control, Test and Deployment
• scripting experience in one or more of the following languages: Python, Powershell, Bash, Groovy, Javascript

Nice to have:

• Java basics
• knowledge on artifact binary storage tools (for ex: jfrog, Sonatype Nexus) is a plus
• basic knowledge of networks, operating systems, data structures, and databases
• basic knowledge about monitoring applications/processes using modern tools
• a proactive personality and a genuine interest in developing a career in the field of IT
• high interest in newest technology trends incl. cloud, microservice architectures and DevOps practices
• good communication skills, comfortable interacting with colleagues in English
