The sector Human Resource & Organization (HR&O) proactively supports the business and its strategy as an ambassador of the management vision on “people are the key asset of ASML”. HR&O is responsible for the development and implementation of all activities concerning HR&O Resources, Compensation & Benefits, Organizational Development, Development & Learning and Information and Process Control. The sector employs around 300 employees, with a team in Europe, the US and Asia.
Development & Engineering (D&E) is the largest sector in the ASML organization with approximately 10,000 employees. Engineers have a range of backgrounds including physics, electronics, mechatronics, software, mechanics, data analytics and more. This vacancy is positioned in the D&E Mechatronics & Measurement Systems Cluster. You will be directly interacting with a great team of 4 HR professionals.
Your assignment
You will be a member of our HR Team, which is operating in close connection with the customer. Next to your assignment we will offer you the possibility to gain more insights in the work of a HR professional by involving you in various HR topics and activities that are running.

This is an apprentice internship for 4 to 5 days a week with duration of minimum 9 months, but preferably 12. This internship can be extended to a graduation assignment, where you work alongside the team for 4 days and 1 day of graduation work.
