Summer Internships – Engineering

These positions are located in Winamac, Indiana

We are currently seeking students who have completed at least their second year of training in Mechanical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering Technology, Design Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or relevant study.

This posting represents multiple open positions to include Design, Manufacturing and Quality Engineers

Internship Overview:

Our summer internships are competitively paid assignments running 10 weeks.

Interns at BraunAbility are considered an integral part of the staff and work side by side with full time professionals to gain experience in the field. Those demonstrating a high level of performance will be considered for future employment as entry-level positions become available. All projects are designed to add permanent value to the organization and provide interns the opportunity to assess and acquire new skills.

Qualifications:

• Completed his/her second year of schooling and in pursuit of his/her degree in Mechanical Engineering or relevant study and has relevant coursework and/or experience.
• Ability to prioritize multiple projects, be enthusiastic, cooperative and have positive behavior.
• Possess strong initiative and results-oriented focus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• A desire to learn, grow and develop by working on projects that will impact BraunAbility’s business and customers.

Pay: From $20.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday

Ability to Relocate, if needed:

• Required to be at BraunAbility location: 631 W 11st St Winamac, IN 46996: During the duration of the program
