Internship Program Structure:
- Duration/Schedule: Flexible part-time during the school year and full-time during the summer months.
- Start Date: Spring 2024
What you'll do:
- Perform mechanical testing such as tensile, bend, and hardness, and prepare metallographic samples
- Prepare and approve certifications for shipment of final product
- Perform gage calibrations and measurement systems analysis
- Perform process capability studies and product audits
- Lead continuous improvement and engineering projects
What you'll need:
- Enrollment in a four-year degree program in Materials, Metallurgical or Mechanical Engineering with current status of at least a Sophomore level.
- Cumulative GPA of 2.75 or higher.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
