Job Description

  • Responsible for developing and maintaining the customer network in the region.
  • Create & manage the sales strategy by target industry and target customers.
  • Responsible for achieving the sales target.
  • Become a continuous commercial customer interface throughout product life cycle including Stakeholder / Customer Relationship Management & Negotiations.
  • You take responsibility for acquisitions within the cross functional team, that is defining the acquisition and pricing strategy using the right acquisition tools, obtaining required releases compliant with Acquire Business Process standards, preparing and triggering release of customer quotation letters, managing acquisition negotiations within released "bottom line", assuring and preparing proper project handover and documentation with customer.
  • Furthermore you act as an Acquisition Manager in an consultative way towards the customer, work with Customer Project Managers to define the technical scope and you support the Commercial Manager.
  • Responsible for the Partner development and stakeholder management.

Qualifications

  • Completed degree in Mechanical or Electronics Engineering.
  • Have at least 5 years of professional experience in the area of sales as well as solid experience in strategy and organizational development. Ideally you already have industry experience in the areas of Manufacturing, Process Industry, Metals or Mining. Experience in selling Software in industry platform.
  • Have a pioneering spirit and enjoy working in an interdisciplinary team with a high degree of personal responsibility and creative freedom.
  • Strong communicator and approach others openly. Your determination, ability to assert yourself and strong team orientation make you a valuable asset to the team.
  • Have an analytical mindset combined with a pragmatic, results-oriented approach as well as high negotiation skills.
  • Excellent English and local language skills, written and spoken.
  • Willingness to travel is required
