The Role: NPI Manufacturing Intern
As a Manufacturing Intern, you will support and contribute to NPI initiatives within the assembly environment. You will assist in developing new assembly SOP and performing various tasks and projects under the guidance of Process and Product Engineers. By the end of the internship, you will have fulfilled the practical requirements of your academic program.
What You’ll Do
- Learn the Manufacturing Processes includes Planning, Manufacturing Processes, Developing the NPI test plans, Product awareness, quality systems, and automation techniques.
- Learn to prepare Work Instructions for the manufacturing Process.
- Promoting good manufacturing practices to enhance quality and efficiency for Assembly Process.
- Learn and apply knowledge of manufacturing processes and mechanical design to support.
What We Seek
- Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in mechanical or manufacturing engineering (or a related field) with a minimum CGPA of 3.0.
- Willingness to accept and apply feedback from peers and supervisors.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
- Basic understanding of engineering, geometric, and algebraic principles.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

- Creative problem-solving skills and strong analytical thinking.
- Ability to influence and collaborate across functions to implement innovative solutions and enhance technical capabilities.
