This Position reports to:

HR Business Partner

Accountabilities:

In this role you will responsible for the strategy of attracting, recruiting and hiring blue collar employees to meet workforce planning and operational objectives. First point of contact for blue collar employees, providing resolution to employee needs and concerns. Execute blue collar retention strategies, leading sessions with employees and supervisors to learn about and detect areas of opportunity.

Activities:

Recruitment, selection and hiring process for hourly employees: Interviews and hiring filters

Follow up with recruiting suppliers: update the headcount requirements, close communication

Blue collar onboarding process: documents, contracts and payroll

Employee files management: control and update of all employees files.

Follow-up with supervisors on employee absenteeism

Lead sessions with employees to evaluate their experience and work environment, detecting potential red flags and taking action on them.
