Autoliv, a global leader in automotive safety systems, is seeking a motivated Human Resources Intern to join our team at the Gebze plant. We manufacture and market airbags, seatbelts and steering wheels. This internship provides hands‑on experience in production quality activities, data analysis and continuous improvement within a manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support daily HR operations
  • Assist in the coordination of learning and development activities, including training logistics and attendance tracking
  • Contribute to employee engagement and wellbeing initiatives by helping to collect feedback and support the implementation of action plans
  • Support continuous improvement activities as required, including participation in 8D, root cause analysis, and other team-based problem-solving efforts

Skills & Knowledge

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
  • Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team
  • A motivated, solution-oriented mindset with a strong willingness to learn

Who Are We Looking For?

  • 3rd or 4th-year bachelor’s degree students
  • Available to work a minimum of 3–4 days per week
  • Previous administrative or internship experience is desirable but not essential
  • Experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment is considered a plus
