About the Team:

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented intern to join our Training & Development team. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in instructional design, knowledge management, and digital learning tools. The intern will contribute to a variety of initiatives that support onboarding, continuous education, content development, and team governance.

Internship Assignment Summary:

• Assist in the design, development, and maintenance of digital learning content and training materials
• Support the creation and enhancement of SharePoint sites and pages for training and knowledge sharing
• Contribute to the implementation of learning strategies using Learning Management System (LMS)
• Help develop surveys and feedback tools using Microsoft Forms to assess training effectiveness
• Participate in content creation, editing, and organization for various training initiatives
• Collaborate with team members on process improvement, documentation, and governance activities
• Provide administrative and project support across multiple learning and development initiatives

Education/Qualifications/Skills:

• You must be a student and be eligible for a tripartite internship agreement.
• Currently pursuing a degree in Education, Instructional Design, Management, Organizational Development, Communications, or any similar related field
• Strong interest in corporate training, digital learning tools, and knowledge systems
• Familiarity with Microsoft SharePoint, LMS, Microsoft Forms, and survey creation
• Experience with content development for training or communications
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management abilities
• Comfortable working independently and collaboratively in a team setting
• Proactive, curious, and eager to learn
