About the job

Are you ready to turn theory into practice? At Alfa Laval, we offer an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a global and innovative engineering company. As a Mechanical Engineering Intern, you’ll be part of a collaborative, international team, supporting real projects that contribute to sustainable industrial solutions. You'll work closely with experienced Mechanical Engineers and Project Managers, gaining exposure to a variety of practical and technical tasks that will help you grow both professionally and personally.

Key tasks and responsibilities:

  • 3D modeling and 2D drawings in Autodesk Inventor
  • Assist team of Mechanical Engineers and Project Managers with ad-hoc tasks, including documentation, P&IDs, manuals, and certificates
  • Build configurable P&ID’s in AutoCAD
  • Equipment and process development
  • Re-design and test existing products

This is a paid, full-time internship (37 hours/week) located at our Copenhagen office:

What you know

You are currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering and have a strong interest in applying your knowledge to practical engineering tasks across different industries.

You are fluent in English, both written and spoken, and you’re motivated by technical challenges and real-world problem solving.
