In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
- Responsible for working with Sales to provide presales technical support and generate formal quotations for customers timely and accurate manner.
- Do clarification and technical presentation/training for the internal and external customers. Provide the salesperson with technical confirmation and related supports.
- When an order is received, the ISE will have responsibility to perform a technical review to help the Order Management Team identify a matching quote or obtain the missing information to ensure a clean order is entered and the customers’ needs are fully met.
- Frequent and open communication will take place between the ISE and multiple sectors of factory.
- Complete other job assigned by Supervisor/manager.

For This Role, You Will Need:
- Bachelor’s degree, with major in mechanical/chemical engineering is preferred or non-technical degree with related experience.
- At least CET-4.
- At least 3 years related experience
- Occupational Health and safety acumen
