The pay range for this position is $80,000-$100,000 USD annually. The specific annual rate offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidate’s experience, their education, and the work location. The position includes eligibility in the GE Aerospace AIR Bonus Program. Through this program, Edisons are eligible for an annual bonus that is a percentage of base salary. Under current plan provisions, the bonus target for this role is 5%, and the actual bonus could increase or decrease depending on a variety of factors, including individual performance and company financial performance.
