In ASML Extreme Ultra Violet (EUV) Dose control group, we build and maintain hardware and software components which controls EUV power reaching the wafer. To control EUV power, we rely on numerous sensors and subsystems each producing large volumes of diagnostic data, which is invaluable during issue analysis. To improve diagnostic and analysis effectivity, we need to expand on tooling that interprets, visualizes and compare different measurement and diagnostic data sets.
This internship project focuses on expanding and optimizing data processing, storage and visualization of Dose Control diagnostic data and ensuring that stakeholder requirements are met. The project aims to introduce an effective solution for diagnostics and data analysis due to tighter machine specifications. The engineering process will be followed by gathering and prioritization of requirements and converting the requirements into a design and implementation. Execution takes place by an iterative agile approach, working together with software engineers and domain experts with a physics background.
