Job Description
- Teamwork is dreamwork: You are an integral part of a multidisciplinary team in a global HR transformation project to harmonize, digitalize and implement end-2-end processes in ServiceNow
- Experience project management: You support project management tasks and gain a comprehensive insight into all project phases, from the design, implementation to testing, enablement, and hypercare
- Shape the future: You contribute to improving the employee experience on an HR service platform by focusing on the customer perspective when designing, testing and experiencing the final rollout of a new process solution to the customer
- Take responsibility: You are taking over your own work pages and are responsible for e.g. preparation and follow-up of workshops, meetings as well as the preparation of PowerPoint presentations at management level
- Expand your horizons: You will support communication, change and stakeholder management and enablement activities, which will give you the opportunity to get to know different stakeholders from around the world and gain insights into different departments and areas of the company
Your Profile
- Study field: You are currently studying Economics, Social Sciences or Business Informatics or similar field of study
- Work experience: You have already gained your first experience in consulting and project management or have initial experience in digital transformation or human resource from previous internships or working student jobs
- Skills: You have very good PowerPoint and Excel skills, additionally a basic understanding of agile methodology would be desirable
- Interests: You are interested in agile projects, digitalization, HR processes, change management, and technical implementations
- Way of working: You like to work independently, you are highly reliable and open to proactively contribute your own ideas; in addition, you possess a high level of analytical competence and have a structured way of working
- Availability: You are available for a 6 months availability working full-time
- Language skills: You have excellent German and English skills, both written and spoken
