What you'll do

You will be supporting us with various project management activities such as:

  • Orchestration of customer facing events ranging from setting up the homepage up to welcoming customers at the event itself
  • Driving market and sales pipeline development with tailored marketing and sales campaigns
  • Execution of outbound generation activities such cold calling or follow-up calling efforts, outbound mailings and segmenting and managing contact lists
  • Creation of videos to scale solution advisory in sales cycles
  • Tracking of leads and opportunities in the CRM system

What you bring

  • Student (f/m/d) at a university or a university of applied sciences (FH)
  • Preferred fields of study: Business administration, bsiness informatics, communication, psychology, media design or related subjects with a focus on social media and web design
  • Language skills: Fluent in both German and English (level C1 or above for non-native speakers of German) is a must
  • Computer skills: Creating, designing and enhancing documents in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and SharePoint (must-have) or/and experienced in video creation (nice-to-have)
  • Soft skills:
    • Responsible, motivated, and able to work independently and drive topics in an open-minded, structured and outcome-driven way
    • Good at grasping, processing and creatively presenting complex concepts
    • Team player and a good communicator who is willing to learn and collaborate
  • Knowledge of HR or software sales is an advantage
  • Working from the Walldorf office is required for at least once a week

Please also describe your experience and skills in foreign languages and computer programs / programming languages.
