Regional Sales Manager South & East EU
In this role, you will have the opportunity to define and implement sales and marketing strategies for the assigned area. Each day, you will manage the marketing and sales action plans to achieve the key qualitative and quantitative targets in a profitable way and to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction. You will also showcase your expertise by proactively leading, developing, and coaching the Marketing and Sales function. The work model for the role is #LI-Hybrid This role is contributing to the EL business area in Serbia. You will be mainly accountable for: • Team Leadership: Lead, coach, and motivate a high-performance sales team to achieve dynamic results while fostering a culture of continuous development. • Strategy Development: Create, plan, and implement the marketing and sales mission, vision, and strategy, along with the budget and efficiency targets for the assigned area. • Market Analysis & Growth: Analysis of customer needs and competitor activities to refine the sales strategy and identify new business. • Technical consulting: Support customers in selecting cost-efficient solutions, developing competitive offers and negotiating contracts in coordination with our manufacturing plants. • Performance monitoring: Set and track key performance metrics, address performance gaps and conduct customer surveys to enhance customer satisfaction. • Collaboration & Marketing: Plan product launches, communicate product benefits and represent the company at trade fairs. Work closely with product management, service, and marketing teams ensuring accurate reporting in Salesforce and other tools. the job Adv would be available till the 29th of May at 5 PM CEST
