Summary of Position: The Program Administration Intern helps school staff foster a safe and welcoming program space at their school, supports recruitment efforts on campus, and provides logistical support for teen attendance, documents, and payroll. Freshmen Connection Liaisons also visit their school’s programs regularly and support instructors with any lesson demonstrations, small group work, or one-on-one support for teens.
This is a part-time position scheduled for approximately 20-25 hours per week for 7 weeks.

Programs take place at community locations throughout the city, including three ASM buildings: downtown at Gallery 37 Center for the Arts, the Michael and Karyn Lutz Center in Belmont Cragin, and the Pullman community at Gately Park. Currently, After School Matters’ annual operating budget is approximately $35M and employs approximately 500 staff across the organization.
