Garrett Engineering Internship - E-Powertrain

We are looking for a new addition to our team of development engineers who are developing new drive solutions for electric vehicles.

Position suitable for students of mechanical engineering with a focus on electrical engineering, who are interested in gaining experience in a global automotive company and getting a behind-the-scenes look at development teams.

Responsibilities:

  • Assisting colleagues with laboratory testing (component tests, leak tests, etc.), cable preparation
  • Ensuring appropriate conditions during testing
  • Supervising the test process and ensuring photo documentation
  • Supporting and coordinating prototype construction
  • Processing of measured values and results, preparing reports
  • Creating simple 3D design models of fixtures

Your profile:

  • University studies in mechanical engineering, ideally in mechatronics
  • Basic knowledge of electrical engineering
  • Good knowledge of MS Excel and PowerPoint
  • Knowledge of a 3D CAD software
  • Communicative knowledge of English (you will be part of an international team)
  • Interest in long-term cooperation
