EUV Factory (EF) Install department is accountable for the installation of EUV Low and High numerical aperture (NA) Lithographical systems at our customers. We are working closely with the local CS UIR (Upgrades Installs and Relocations) team and multiple central stakeholders (Account Team, D&E, First Line Support, EHS, etc.) to remove obstacles, escalate bottlenecks and guarantee quality for our customers.
One of our department targets for 2025 is to reduce the number of disturbances significantly to improve customer satisfaction, cycle Time and costs. Each disturbance is logged in a Service Order and in the case of a part replacement in a Material Notification. Currently we are at >400x Service Orders per Install and missing proper analytics to efficiently check our Top X on cycle time & costs. A lot of dashboards and reporting are already there, but they are not well-connected and this makes it overwhelming. Therefore, today it can be quite cumbersome to get the required views and validate these. Besides the Top X, we would also like to improve on finding trends, e.g. instead of focusing on an individual cable issue to look at the bigger picture of total number of cable issues that might require a redesign for instance / operator training / etc. Hence, your assignment is about embedding Artificial Intelligence to do the data crunching, while taking into account ASML confidentiality policies.
