What you´ll do

  • Support day to day operations related to total rewards topics
  • Organize the benefits shared drive and documents to support more efficient team collaboration and execution of work
  • Assist with employee inquiries related to Employee Share Plan; Address general queries related to the Global incentive Plans
  • Opportunity to participate and collaborate in various internal process improvements and Total Rewards projects and initiatives
  • Assess and support changes on SharePoint webpage for Total Rewards

What makes you a good fit

  • Must be an Undergraduate Student currently enrolled in a college/university studying Business Studies/Administration/Management, Human Resources, Organizational Development or other related courses
  • Preferably with prior internship experience in Human Resources field
  • Knowledge in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) is required
  • Proficient in both verbal and written English communication skills
  • Must be able to organize, manage multiple projects, and execute key deliverables within required timeframes
  • Must be able to provide a signed Memorandum of Agreement, Endorsement Letter, and Medical Certificate from the college or university
  • Amenable to work on a hybrid set up (combination of work from home and onsite in Ayala Avenue, Makati) and report for at least three hundred (300) on-the-job training hours
