What you´ll do
- Assist with the review and processing of employee authorization requests
- Support the HR team in maintaining accurate records and documentation
- Participate in data entry and analysis related to authorization metrics
- Help prepare reports and presentations for team meetings
- Collaborate with team members on various HR projects and initiatives
- Provide administrative support as needed, fostering a positive work environment
What makes you a good fit
- Must be an Undergraduate Student currently enrolled in a college/university studying Business Studies/Administration/Management, Human Resources, Organizational Development or other related courses
- Preferably with prior internship experience in Human Resources field
- Knowledge in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel) is required
- Proficient in both verbal and written English communication skills
- Must be able to organize, manage multiple projects, and execute key deliverables within required timeframes
- Must be able to provide a signed Memorandum of Agreement, Endorsement Letter, and Medical Certificate from the college or university
- Amenable to work on a hybrid set up (combination of work from home and onsite in Ayala Avenue, Makati) and report for at least three hundred (300) on-the-job training hours
