About the Job:
- Full Time
- The New Grad RN is a recent ADN or BSN graduate who has not yet taken the NCLEX, but will work as an RN under a temporary license while awaiting to take the NCLEX.
- The New Grad RN will work alongside fully licensed RNs to assess patient’s needs, formulate a plan of care and provide care based on identified needs and physician orders according to standards, policy and procedure.
- Upon completion and passing results of NCLEX, the New Grad RN will transition into a FT RN role.
Requirements:
- Associates or Bachelors degree in nursing
- Must obtain temporary RN license prior to start date, RN license to be obtained within 90 days of start date
- BLS certification
