Position overview:
The Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Analyst Intern is responsible for assisting the CSR team in various capacities. This includes developing and maintaining relationships with both existing and new CSR partners and non-governmental organizations, supporting volunteering initiatives such as "Giving Back" activities, and implementing the English Conversation Club program. Additionally, the intern provides support for the payroll donation program by visiting new hire classes, plans and executes donor engagement events, and reports on and communicates monthly efforts.
Key responsibilities:
Give support to innovative monthly corporate volunteering activities by collaborating with the CSR Network to promote the “Give Where We Live” philosophy within the company. Work with all stakeholders to ensure the logistics of Giving Back volunteer activities and maintain the engagement of TIES volunteers. Responsible for implementing the English Conversation Club program, working alongside with youth organizations and corporate volunteers. Collaborate to achieve employee share KPIs and the Trainers Network by visiting inductions and new hire training sessions, and conducting one-on-one conversations to recruit new donors for the program. Track and report payroll donation participation KPIs.
