About The Team
As a core member of our LLM Global Data Team, you'll be at the heart of our operations. Gain first-hand experience in understanding the intricacies of training Large Language Models (LLMs) with diverse data sets, and become a leader building and growing a vibrant team together with us.
Your Role Will Involve:
1. Gaining direct experience in data production processes, including drafting, revising, quality-checking, or performance analysis to understand the synergy between humans and data in LLM training.
2. Working closely with the leadership and HR team to design effective feedback loops for accelerating the professional growth of annotation specialists.
3. Tracking performance of team members and building training and supporting mechanisms.
4. Managing the day-to-day operation process of training operation or performance operation specialists.
Minimum Qualifications:
1. 2+ years of experience leading teams focused on data annotation, quality assurance, risk analysis, or content evaluation, ideally within the AI/ML, trust & safety, or data operations space.
2. 3+ years of experience in project management, including direct responsibility on cross-functional initiatives involving senior stakeholders. Proven ability to drive project outcomes through structured planning, clear communication, and continuous alignment with business objectives.
3. Strong operational leadership background, with a track record of managing teams of 10+ people in fast-paced, high-volume environments. Experienced in coaching and performance management across junior to senior team members.
4. Highly proficient in data management and productivity tools, including but not limited to Google Sheets, Lark Suite, Airtable, Notion, or equivalent. Able to build and maintain scalable tracking systems, dashboards, and workflows that drive team performance and data quality.
Preferred Qualifications:
1. Experience working with global or distributed teams across multiple time zones. Previous roles at leading AI, LLM, or tech companies with operations scope are strongly preferred.
2. Deep interest in large language models (LLMs), human behavior, and user experience. Demonstrates curiosity in working with diverse data and complex annotation cases.
3. Comfortable operating in ambiguity and scaling new programs from 0 to 1. Able to design team structures, SOPs, and QA protocols to support evolving annotation needs.
