As a Quality Manager, you will establish and maintain quality assurance processes to ensure products meet industry standards and customer expectations. This includes developing quality control procedures, conducting regular audits, and implementing corrective actions for non-conformities. You will also train staff on quality standards and work with other departments to integrate quality into all aspects of the manufacturing process. In addition, you will be responsible for hiring and training a dedicated quality team to uphold these standards
