As part of this extension, NXP is looking for a Technical Director to join the systems solutions architecture team and lead the architectures for healthcare solutions. 

You will be responsible for the solution architecture during the entire development cycle from idea to realization and customer volume production. 

You will be covering the definition of an integrated HW/SW architecture to fulfill customer needs in alignment with 

the business teams and our interdisciplinary experts.

As solution architect you will be responsible for:

• Analysis of application/customer use-cases and systems for health care solutions
• Defining detailed technical requirements for those solutions and collaborating with the product design teams 
• Definition of detailed architectures and new concepts to address this market
• Technical expert to support the design team to implement the defined architectures
• Technical expert to support customers in creating their solutions based on NXP reference solutions
• Responsibility to deliver the intended system solution performance parameters
• Collaboration with the product-level architects to define comprehensive solutions

You might bring the following experience and skill set:

• more than 10 years experience in medical industry for personal health and/or diagnostics and medical imaging
• deep understanding for defining and developing health care products
• Experienced in medical sensing/measurement technologies, imaging technologies as well as required processing and connectivity technologies
• Experienced in designing complex HW/SW systems
• Experienced in customer interactions (solution presentation and communication, problem analysis and resolution,...)
• Experienced in working with global teams
• Bachelor or Master Degree in Electrical Engineering, Software or similar studies
