Key Responsibilities:

Client Acquisition:

  • Conduct daily fieldwork to identify and acquire new individual insureds/clients.
  • Develop strategies to attract potential clients through networking, referrals, and cold calling.
  • Present and explain insurance policies to potential clients, tailoring solutions to meet their needs.

Commercial Business Development:

  • Secure one or more new commercial business accounts each month.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with business owners and decision-makers.
  • Laise with the underwriters to present comprehensive insurance packages for businesses, covering various risks and ensuring their coverage needs are met.

Sales Performance:

  • Meet or exceed monthly sales targets for both individual and commercial insurance policies.
  • Consistently track and report sales activities, client interactions, and business growth.
  • Work closely with the heads for both Property & Casualty and Life & Medical divisions to develop and implement sales strategies.

Customer Relationship Management:

  • Maintain long-term relationships with clients, ensuring their continued satisfaction and renewal of policies.
  • Provide ongoing support and assistance to clients regarding their insurance needs and claims processes.

Commission-Based Incentives:

  • Earn a commission on each new corporate or individual policy added to the company’s list of insureds.
  • Track and maximize commission earnings by achieving higher sales volumes.

Qualifications:

  • upper-level student or preferably a university graduate.
  • results-oriented with a focus on financial incentives and motivated by financial success.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Willingness to travel and work in the field daily.

Compensation:

  • Base salary plus commission on every individual or corporate business added to the insureds list.
