Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic, results-driven Sales Lead to lead B2B and B2C sales efforts in a high-performance, mission-driven environment. This role will play a pivotal part in driving revenue growth, expanding our customer base, and nurturing strategic partnerships with institutions, SMEs, and distributors across Liberia.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to grow B2B and B2C customer segments across various regions.
  • Identify and onboard new institutional and commercial clients including banks, NGOs, and SMEs
  • Lead pipeline development, forecasting, and reporting to meet aggressive sales targets.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (technical, finance, and operations) to ensure seamless product delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Represent Easy Solar at industry events, partnership meetings, and stakeholder engagements.
  • Recruit, Train, Manage and mentor a growing field sales team to drive performance and accountability.
  • Support the development and rollout of co-branded campaigns with corporate partners.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform strategic decisions.

Required Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA or professional training is a plus).
  • Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in a sales, business development, or key account management role—preferably in energy, telecom, or financial services
  • Proven success in both B2B and B2C sales environments, with a strong understanding of sales cycles, conversion, and relationship management.
  • Experience working in high-growth, performance-driven companies.
  • Strong leadership, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently, take initiative, and manage competing priorities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
