RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Maintain existing business and update demand forecast to demand fulfill team
  • Ensure order status and manage lead time and delivery plan with CSR
  • Manage forecast accuracy and local inventory level with channel partners
  • Collect customers’ operation status and reflect the revenue forecast on regular basis
  • Collect customer’s voice and CTQs on new technology development plan
  • Work with sales management, product management and R&D teams on new product development and qualification at customer sides
  • Maintain accurate up to date records and files on all major accounts including sales data, quote records, and customer contracts.
  • Build up key account plan and regular customer engagement meetings with procurement, R&D and quality teams
  • Perform other duties as assigned or necessary to meet business objectives.
  • Work with legal to respond to customer contracts, programs, and terms & conditions.
  • Working with Laird management team to implement the strategy to grow Laird business in the region
  • Co-work with Laird related function teams to align on new product development, product production plan and enhance customer satisfactory.

REQUIREMENTS

  • BS/Master degree or above in chemistry, chemical engineering, material science or related field.
  • 5-10 years industrial experience engaged or knowledge in semiconductor and/ or package technology is a must.
  • Success track record in working in an international organization and good collaboration skills.
  • The successful candidate will be self-motivated, eager to learn new technologies on fast time scales and a team-player that can work in multi-disciplinary, cross-geographic function teams.
  • Demonstrated ability creating short-term and long-term sales promotion plan and marketing strategic plans connected to business target.
  • Effectively communicates verbally and written communications to team members and management on all aspects of program activity.
  • Capability to make clear, persuasive, concise, and well-organized oral presentations.
  • Excellent English communication skills, both written and oral
  • Excellent project management knowledge
  • Result driven
  • Ability to travel abroad.
