We are currently on the lookout for a motivated Entry-Level Vehicle Network Engineer to join our dynamic team. As a Vehicle Network Engineer, you will play a crucial role in developing and optimizing the communication networks within our vehicles. You will define communication architectures and requirements to meet functionality, safety, service, and reliability objectives across all vehicle networks. 

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and test vehicle communication networks
  • Maintain existing networks for CAN and LIN communication protocols
  • Perform integration testing and troubleshooting of networked systems 
  • Utilize network tools to analyze and debug network traffic
  • Evaluate the impacts of integrating new components to the vehicle network 
  • Support prototype builds and vehicle testing activities
  • Develop communication requirements in accordance with industry standards such as ISO 26262 and J1939

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to quality
  • Prior internship or project experience in automotive or embedded systems is a plus

Candidates must have current U.S. work authorization or be TN eligible from Mexico or Canada. This position is not eligible for CPT or OPT.
