Step into the forefront of testing within the Cab Development Department, where our Mechanical Testing group is expanding. We're actively seeking talented individuals to join our diverse team!
Situated within the Cab Body and Trim organization, our Mechanical Testing group specializes in full-scale crash tests and component testing of cab parts. Our expertise in component testing includes a range of tests, such as open/close tests, climate cycle tests, strength tests and function tests.
Currently we are 13 members in the group, consisting of a manager, a test coordinator, seven test engineers and four mechanics. We are now expanding to accommodate exciting new projects and are looking for a skilled test engineer to join our innovative and competent testing team where we value diversity!
As a test leader, you will be responsible to design the test setup and rigs, execute the test, analyze the result and present the findings at technical meetings and in a report. You will work closely together with simulation engineers, designers and our mechanics. Additionally, you'll coordinate tests at external test institutes, which may involve some travel within Sweden and Europe. Contributing to the development of our methods and processes is also a natural part of our work.
