RESPONSIBILITIES

• Interpret and analyze requirements specifications to understand design objectives.
• Engage in the specification phase, contributing to the IC development process with fresh perspectives.
• Execute block and top-level digital design, transforming specifications into a synthesized and STA clean netlist.
• Collaborate with the physical implementation team to establish and refine physical, timing, and DFT constraints.
• Partner with the product development team to devise comprehensive test strategies, ensuring product reliability and performance.

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS

• A master's degree, or equivalent in Electronics or a related field, with a solid foundation in mixed-signal IC design.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts effectively.
• A team player with the ability to thrive in a multicultural environment and forge strong collaborative relationships.
• Strong presentation skills in English, capable of delivering clear and impactful messages to diverse audiences.
• A high degree of self-motivation and dedication.
• The ability to collaborate seamlessly within a global development team comprising various engineering disciplines.
