The role will involve both field service & sales activities of process instrumentation and liquid analytics products.

Your responsibilities

  • To deliver field-based service offerings on customer’s premises, focusing mainly (although not exclusively) on ABB Measurement & Analytics department; Instrumentation and liquid analytics product lines,
  • Working closely with key stakeholders, including our sales team to develop new strategies and strengthen relationships whilst helping identify opportunities for new product sales and service opportunities,
  • Develop and maintain customer relationships and satisfaction with both field- based service solutions and necessary sales activities,
  • Develop service solutions and training material for delivery to channel partners and end-customers,
  • Work closely with channel partners and customers and directly to create a enquiry pipeline for field instruments and partially on water analyzers,
  • To deliver repair, servicing, planned preventative maintenance, calibration contracts and installation/commissioning etc., on a wide variety ABB (Measurement & Analytics) products,
  • Product demos and visit customers regularly to present these demos and product slides,
  • Responsible for maintaining and delivering high standards of Health & Safety and exceeding customers’ safe-working expectations.

Your background

  • Bachelor degree in electrical & electronics, mechanical engineering or related fields,
  • Min 3 years field service and/or front end sales experience in field instrument and/or liquid analytics,
  • Strong technical knowledge of instrumentation and/or liquid analytics,
  • Collaboration with sales support, order handling and channel partners,
  • Good communication skills with all stake holders,
  • Proficiency in English,
  • Willingness to travel 50%. (Driving licence is required).
