The internal team service ability building, major service case follow up, problem raising mechemnism, Channel management, Customer service guarantee, satisfation improve.

Minimum Requirements

Experience/ Language/ Education

Experience: 0-3 years

Language : Advanced English

Education: High school/college or above;

Electronic/biomedical engineering or relevant professional categories

Knowledges and abilities

• Well-organized, able to function independently, with a minimum of supervision
• Understand the industry related charge standard, processes and new products information.
• Familiar with computer and office software

RESPONSIBILITIES

Support and provide technical support for Mindray final client.

Provide Prevent maintained according to Service agenda

Support sales team in fairs and congresse
