In-Store Customer Experience Marketing Co-Op

POSITION SUMMARY

The candidate will support the PSG In-Store Customer Experience Marketing team across a range of activities to support the development and execution of all in-store marketing initiatives and the model store. Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • Supporting and contributing to the development of in-store marketing initiatives
  • Assist in the execution for the annual National Sales Meeting Model Store
  • Organizing and coordinating assets and deliverables for various time-contingent promotions and programs
  • Support with administrative functions including invoice and PO processing, proofing POP materials, writing field communications, and managing electronic files
  • Analyzing program measurements, generating reports, and making recommendations for strategic marketing decisions for the in-store experience
  • Interacting with other internal departments and external vendors to coordinate activities
  • Participate in planogram execution and maintaining standards at the model store

POSITION REQUIREMENTS

Required: 

  • Availability to work in a long-term co-op (9-12 months)
  • Must be able to lift 25-35 lbs. and be standing for longer periods of time
  • Must be able to work 20-25 hours per week (3+ days) while in school
  • Proficient in MS Office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

EDUCATION:

Required:

  • Minimum High School education or equivalent
  • Must be actively pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Retail Merchandising or equivalent

Preferred: 

  • Expected graduation date of 2025 or beyond
  • Demonstrated leadership by involvement in extracurricular activities on campus or in the community
  • Familiarity with retail environments, with in-store experience

OTHER QUALIFICATIONS: 

  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Organized, with strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritize
  • Flexibility to deal with changing duties and priorities
  • Ability to consistently meet deadlines without compromising the quality of work
