Job Summary

We are seeking an enthusiastic HR Intern to join our team and provide support to our HR department. Your role will involve performing a variety of administrative tasks, including updating employee records, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.

This internship offers an excellent opportunity to gain firsthand experience in HR operations and gain insight into our company’s approach to payroll, recruiting, and employee relations.

Responsibilities

Post, update, and remove job ads from career site

Conduct phone screens for hourly positions and Schedule applicant interviews with appropriate manager

File documents and answers employee inquiries

Participate in organizing company events and job fairs

Assist the HR department team in onboarding activities for new hires.

Provide administrative support to HR business partners and managers.

Requirements:

Enrolled in a university or college program at junior or senior level, preferred course of study to include Human Resources, Business Management, or related

Proficient in MS Office

Able to demonstrate professional work ethic

Outstanding written and verbal communication skills

Good interpersonal and organizational skills

Demonstrated ability to handle confidential matters and understand company policies.
