Sneak preview of your future tasks
- Support in administrative, operative, and strategic tasks
- Prepare workshops and support in preparation, execution as well as follow up tasks
- Enable our lean & agile transformation across our organization
- Creating management report outs, top-notch slides and standardized materials
- Drive Operational Excellence (OpE) methods & tools towards cross functional teams
- Maintenance of project management tools
- Support in coaching teams & individuals
- Opportunity to support our PhD candidates research activities and potentially conducting a thesis
Qualifikationen
Your Profile
Education
- Enrolled student in business administration, business informatics/engineering, management studies, business psychology, data science or similar, preferably graduated students
Experience
- Frist experiences in an international organization
- Proficiency in creating slides and data visualization
- A data driven mindset including business values and tracking
- Strong interest in lean & agile practices and principles
- Experiences in supporting several corporate functions
- Creative thinking and strong organizational skills
- Affinity for documentation, organization, and tracking
Personal Skills
- Highly motivated with adaptability to change
- Excellent communication skills
- Strategic, systemic, and critical thinking
- Hands-on mentality
- Affinity for numbers and organizing events
