Role Description

The Salesforce Intern reports to the Salesforce Administrator Team Lead and is responsible for provisioning, deprovisioning, troubleshooting system issues, and maintenance of the Salesforce platform. The Salesforce Intern supports and collaborates with Growth team members at all levels, and serves as a go-to resource for questions about CRM data management and usage best practices. 

Core Responsibilities

  • Serve as the frontline administrator on the Salesforce Support Queue for internal users
  • Investigate and troubleshoot user-reported issues, and escalate to other members of the Salesforce team when appropriate 
  • Perform standard administrator functions, such as user management, data entry, and report/dashboard maintenance
  • Assist Salesforce Business Analysts in creating technical documentation
  • Other duties as assigned

What are we looking for?

  • Must be currently enrolled full-time in technology-related degree program 
  • Individual should be a rising junior (at minimum) when internship begins
  • Working knowledge in the use of Google Suite products
  • Project management skills
  • Ability to work well with others and communicate effectively with people at all levels
  • US work authorization
  • Someone who embodies being ‘Oaky’
