Human Resources Intern - Talent Management

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES 

  • Assist in preparation of Learning & Development programs. This may include updating and organizing materials, scheduling, planning events, and coordinating program logistics. 
  • Manage and record class information in the SuccessFactors Learning module.
  • Support employer branding activities, including social media content development on various media platforms.
  • Assist the team with engagement topics including but not limited to surveys, diversity initiatives, and employee events. 
  • Prepare purchase requisitions and process Talent Management team invoices.
  • Assist with HR procedure and system-related documentation/enhancements.
  • Participate in special projects and events, as necessary.

Any other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Must be enrolled in a 4-year accredited university
  • Major: Human Resources, Business, or Organizational Development 
  • Class Standing: Sophomore or Junior preferred
  • Preferred skills: MS office (MS Teams, Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
