The HR Technology Technical Intern will help with technical tasks in HR systems on an on-going basis. This position will create HTML documents that can be digested in Oracle. You will work under and be given direction from HR Technology development team members on a daily basis.

This position will serve our Enterprise Division in Atlanta, GA (On-Site). 

Responsibilities for Internal Candidates

  • Position will have hands on experience with Oracle HCM and UKG technologies
  • Create HTML documents that can be imported into Oracle HCM
  • Perform data validation for accuracy and consistency in Oracle HCM and UKG.
  • Review various HR technology integrations
  • Participate in analyzing and implementing Oracle’s new Redwood interface and technology
  • Review Oracle HCM new visual builder studio technology for Redwood

Qualifications for Internal Candidates

  • Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Information Systems or Mathematics.
  • Interest or experience in HR Technology
  • Advance HTML Skills
  • Basic knowledge of development, data, reporting, and integration principles 
  • Solid programming skills using common development languages such as Java, Python or C#
  • Intermediate SQL skills including querying data out of data base using multiple tables and where clauses
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Intellectual curiosity and passion for solving challenging problems using technology
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Power Point, Word)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Attained junior or senior level in a university program
  • Prior development and/or SQL experience
  • Experience in an office setting
