Description

Role and Responsibilities:

The intern will support and learn by assisting in the following tasks:

  • Recruitment Support: Assisting with resume screening, and interview coordination.
  • Employee Onboarding: Helping with new hire documentation work and support the new hire orientation sessions.
  • Employee Engagement: Assisting in organizing employee engagement activities, surveys.
  • Data Management: Help with Employees File Management , supporting and updating employee records, generating reports.
  • Policy and Process Documentation: Assisting in reviewing ,creating and updating HR policies and procedures.

Skills Required:

  • Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.
  • Should have an attention to Detail and ensure accuracy in data entry and documentation.
  • Should be willingness to learn and adapt quickly.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office will be an advantage
