Brand Strategy and Marketing

  • Develop and implement comprehensive brand strategies aligned with business goals, ensuring a strong and consistent brand presence to increase brand awareness and customer engagement
  • Develop and implement Brand Marketing strategies across different amplification channels to drive and build brand credibility and awareness
  • Understand Media buying, Agency management and proactive in finding and solving media solutions
  • Collaborate with creative teams and agencies to develop impactful campaign assets
  • Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns to enhance brand awareness and engagement
  • Experience with budget management and forecasting

Brand Stewardship

  • Define and communicate the brand's unique value proposition and positioning in the market
  • Oversee the creation of compelling and on-brand content across multiple platforms, from digital realms to traditional print, establishing a cohesive brand voice that resonates with our target audience.
  • Ensure consistency in messaging and visual identity in all communication materials
  • Establish and maintain brand guidelines, ensuring all internal and external stakeholders adhere to brand standards
  • Serve as the visionary guardian of our brand. Conduct training sessions to educate teams on brand guidelines and messaging
  • Attention to detail: have a keen eye for detail to ensure that all marketing materials are accurate, on-brand, and free of errors

Monitoring and Analysis

  • Analyze, research and understand industry trends, consumer behavior, and competitive landscapes
  • Monitor brand performance, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and analyze market trends to identify opportunities for improvement

Collaboration

  • Forge strong partnerships with product managers, sales teams, and other departments, aligning brand strategies with overarching business objectives to drive collective success.
  • Cultivate relationships with external partners, agencies, and influencers, leveraging their expertise and networks to amplify our brand reach and influence
  • Continuous learning: committed to ongoing learning and staying up-to-date with the latest marketing trends and best practices

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

  • Proficiency in media planning & digital marketing
  • Proven experience in creating compelling and on-brand content across various media platforms

Preferred Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Marketing or Digital Marketing
  • Bachelor degree in Business Management or Marketing Communication
