YOUR ROLE
- Handling invoices
- Preparing documents for internal audit
- Support and cooperate with cross-functional teams (Purchasing, Legal Department, plantsetc.)
- Helping the team with managing employee travel and entertainment expenses
- Finding ways to improve administrative processes
YOUR SKILLS
- Students with ongoing studies with active student status for min. 1 year (e.g.Economic)
- Perfectly able to communicate in English & Hungarian
- Proactive, independent, precise, flexible and systematic
- Happy to handle repetitive tasks
- Analytical skills, sense for accuracy, perfectly able to work in Microsoft Office
- Working min. 20-30 hours/week with flexibilityin our office in Budapestat least 3 days/week
WHAT WE OFFER
- Base salary gross 2000 HUF/hour, up to gross 2400 HUF/hour after 6 months
- Monthly meal allowance – net 25 000 HUF
- Monthly travel contribution – net 5000 HUF

- Yearly 3-4 Henkel product packages with a value of appr. 100-150.000 HUF/year
