Job Description: 

Intel's Compute GPU Driver team is looking for skilled interns. In this position, the successful candidate will work with the newest technologies associated with Intel's graphics and it's features designed for compute applications like high performance computing and artificial intelligence. Responsibilities will include but will not be limited to development of applications and tools for GPU compute stack validation. It is great opportunity to gain knowledge about GPU programming using Level Zero and OpenCL APIs as well as general GPU and related software stack architecture.

Qualifications:

Candidate should be pursuing third or fourth year of study in progress. No professional experience required.

Experience/Skills:

  • Desire and ability to quickly learn and gain new knowledge
  • Good C++ and python programming skills
  • Good English command

Below will be an added advantage:

  • More than standard experience with Linux operating system
  • Knowledge of computer graphics theory and standards
  • Experience with GPU accelerated compute (OpenCL/Level Zero)

This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site. In certain circumstances the work model may change to accommodate business needs.
