Your Role

Zip is looking for an Event Marketing Coordinator to join as a contractor on our Growth Marketing team. In this role, you l will be responsible for managing the logistics, design, reporting, and budgeting of our webinars and live events (hosted + third party). You will work closely across departments with sales, brand and product marketing, demand gen, and customer marketing. The ideal candidate is experienced in project management, with an eye for detail and ability to manage multiple projects at once. They are resourceful, results-driven, strive for excellence, and thrive in a dynamic environment. 

You Will

  • Coordinate field programs for sales: sourcing venues, controlling budget, coordinating logistics, managing attendee lists and reporting
  • Logistics and facilitation of hosted and third-party webinars
  • Ensure campaign creation and pre/post event reporting with marketing and sales operation teams
  • Create internal event outlines and overviews
  • Leverage salesforce to produce reporting for account mapping and campaign management
  • Maintain asana project management of event and webinar production.
  • Complete tasks in event ERC (exhibitor resource center)
  • Manage internal promotion for live and digital campaigns: pre-event, onsite execution during the events/webinars, and follow-up sequences and content post-event to engage and nurture marketing leads.
  • Be willing to travel

Qualifications

  • 2-3 years in marketing or saas sales experience
  • Strong project management skills
  • Experience in event marketing or sales
  • Resourcefulness and initiative
  • Capable of thriving in a fast-paced setting with meticulous attention to detail

Nice to Haves

Experience in project management software, event marketing or management, and sales management tools: asana, salesforce, splash, marketo, zoom webinar, etc.Onsite experience at trade shows or sales events.

The expected rate for this role is $35 per hour.
