Position Overview

Coordinate and manage HR Operation and Talent acquisition initiatives. Coordinate for programs at the country level covering various human resources programs including recruitment and operational activities, fun at work, employee communication, as well as employee relations.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibility:

• Maintaining HR page of SharePoint that we are launching soon
• Maintaining JD repository that we are launching soon
• Reviewing policies – and fill in the gaps in policy between global/ regional & local
• Participate / facilitate fun@work, wellness and CSR activities
• Facilitate local monthly newsletter for associates.
• Support in Talent Acquisition Process and HR Operation activities
• Ideate on employee onboarding experience and execute
• Work on Adhoc reports / Requirement

Requirements

Required Skills:

• Bachelor’s Degree / Master’s Degree in HR or equivalent experience
• Well-developed interpersonal skills – ability to build and maintain effective relationships with people
• Strong communication skills; both verbal and written in English
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, MS Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
• Knowledge of HR Analytics
